Red Beam Partners is a privately-held real estate investment and asset management company that invests in value-add and opportunistic properties.  Through careful analysis and creative structures, we focus on acquiring well-located properties with identifiable opportunities to increase cash flow and value.  We acquire and operate assets for our own account and with joint operating partners.  Although all real estate asset classes are eligible for investment consideration, we focus on office, retail, hotel, parking and mixed-use properties.  Our singular focus is preserving capital while maximizing returns and minimizing risk for our investors and partners.

In 2018, Red Beam Partners was founded by James Skeffington, Jr and is affiliated with New England Parking, LLC.  We are based in Providence, RI with offices also in Chestnut Hill, MA.
