Basis-Driven Opportunities
Our basis-driven approach is focused on acquiring assets at attractive prices relative to replacement costs and stabilized cash flows with meaningful downside protection across varying market cycles.
Value Creation Opportunities
We focus on well-located assets with identifiable opportunities to increase cash flow and create value through active strategic property management. We develop a strategic plan for each asset which (A) reduces operating expense, (B) implements capital expenditure programs to upgrade or reposition underutilized assets, and (C) improves revenue streams through focused leasing and other initiatives.
